About this vintage design furniture

The "KM05" model stool from Pastoe was designed in 1953 by Cees Braakman. Dutch minimalistic design. The use of wire steel for furniture was revolutionary at the time. This post-war model has now become a true dutch design classic. Condition: the stool has no paint in a number of places, so that the bare steel is visible. We personally think this is what gives the stool character. Since they are also new in production, we cherish the fact that you can read from this stool that it has already had a life. If desired, you can choose to have the stool restored by us.
