About this vintage design furniture
This ceiling lamp, model Taraxacum 88, was designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1960 and produced by Flos in 1988. It is made with twenty pressed, polished aluminum triangles linked together and with 60 clear ilght bulbs housed around the structure. "Inspiration behind the design: An update on the famous 1960s creation by the Castiglioni brothers, Achille Castiglioni designed this piece for “community areas, lobbies and rooms that need a lot of light for special occasions,” without sacrificing style and beauty." - in FLOS website. The piece is in original and good condition, with the original FLOS label.
