About this vintage design furniture

A fantastic pair of lounge chairs designed by Frantisek Jirak, made in the Czech Republic circa 1950.These eye-catching chairs have high quality beechwood bases in a beautiful warm brown color. The tapered legs give them a nice mid-century modern look. The seat and cushions are newly upholstered in a beautiful gray fabric. The round shells offer maximum seating comfort and style with a smooth transition between the back, seat and armrests. This is a truly fantastic set that would make a stunning addition to any decor. The set is in very good vintage condition, with new upholstery and minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
