About this vintage design furniture
A hand-made bowl, an ashtray designed by Jozef Hospodka for Chribska Sklarna in the mid-1960s. Hand-formed crystal glass, colored in the mass, two-color at the top pink, purple at the bottom. An object with an interesting shape, a classic of Czechoslovakian organic design. The item is in very good original condition, with almost no signs of use. Dimensions: height 10 cm width 20 cm thickness 14 cm base diameter 6 cm Dimensions in inches: height 3.9 in width 7.8 in thickness 5.5 in base diameter 2.4 in

About the designer
Josef HOSPODKA
Josef Michal Hospodka was a Czech designer who was born in 1923 and died in 1989. He studied at the School of Applied Arts in Prague, where he began working as a teacher after graduating.
