About this vintage design furniture
Carlo Scarpa, Mid-Century Modern, Italian design, dining table, console table, Simon Gavina, the seventies, Italy. The solid reliable table you can count on to look good wherever you put it. Four pieces of exceptional size guarantee a strongly dynamic frame. Made entirely of wood, the table is made up of two feet of multilayer birch connected together by a large solid wood connecting cylinder. Structure in veneered ashwood, wengé or cuttlefish bleached; solid wood circular section and joints. Semi-open pore acrylic matt finish. Top in veneered ashwood, wengé, or cuttlefish bleached; solid wood circular section and joints. Semi-open pore acrylic matt finish.

About the designer
Carlo SCARPA
Carlo Scarpa was an Italian architect and designer, born on June 2, 1906 in Venice and died on November 28, 1978 in Sendai, Japan. He studied architecture at the Venice Academy of Fine Arts and began his career as a designer for the Venini artistic glassworks.
