Vintage suspension lamp by Poul Henningsen 1966s

The PH 43 lamp is an absolute classic, designed by the remarkable Danish designer and architect Poul Henningsen. This lamp has been produced by Louis Poulsen since 1966 until today. The shape of the lamp is based on the same principle of the reflecting system as other three-rod lamps, for example the PH 5 lamp, PH Charlottenborg. It is a system that directs the light not only downwards, but also to the sides, thus illuminating the lamp itself. The PH 43, thanks to its structure, gives a diffused and non-dazzling light in a warm tone. The lamp is in very good condition. It shows minimal traces of time. In addition, the set includes an original reflector that suppresses the light. Dimensions: diameter: 40cm height: 20cm The lamp has been carefully cleaned, it is equipped with a new braided cable of about 2 meters long. The cable can be replaced with any length and colour. In addition, the headliner is attached to the lamp. Please note that the items we sell are second hand, often 40-50 years old, and therefore have traces of use that cannot always be captured in the photos.
