About this vintage design furniture
Glass bowl by Vicke Lindstrand for Kosta. 1970's. Large winged bowl in lightly smoked glass. Marked LIndstrand-Kosta in acid under the base and engraved with the point LH 1027. Maximum length 18 cm. Maximum height 8,5 cm. Nice condition. Note very rare and very discreet scratches from use under the base and a tiny chip on a rim (see photos and zoom).

Vicke Lindstrand was a Swedish designer and artist born on June 17, 1904 in Malmö, Sweden, and died on October 7, 1983 in Kosta, Sweden. He is best known for his work as a glass designer for the Swedish company Orrefors.
