About this vintage design furniture

The sideboard made in the 1970s, it was designed by leading Danish designer Svend Langkilde. The structure is covered with rosewood veneer. Legs and handles made of solid wood, legs stained black. Surface refreshed. The space inside has been filled with practical shelves. Sideboard with a classic solution of opening doors, thanks to which we have unlimited access to the entire interior. Shelves inside the cabinets with the possibility of height adjustment. . Condition: The surface of the furniture after conservation. Minor scratches and marks are visible. Larger traces of use are always presented in the photos. The product is ready to use. For safety reasons, the furniture may have its legs and doors unscrewed and the shelves pulled out for transportation. Assembly should not be a problem. About the designer

Svend LANGKILDE

Svend Langkilde was a Danish designer who was born in 1923 and died in 2012. He studied at the Copenhagen School of Design, graduating in 1945. He then worked for the famous Danish design firm Georg Jensen, where he developed skills in jewelry and silverware design.
