About this vintage design furniture
Pair of PJ-149 armchairs, also known as the colonial chair, by Ole Wanscher for Poul Jeppesen. Designed in 1949 and inspired by 19th century colonial furniture, PJ-149 is now considered an iconic piece of mid-century Danish design. The pair presented here is in solid mahogany, with its original feather-filled cushions in green fabric with gold highlights. Small traces of use, excellent overall condition. Label of the publisher under the seat. Seat height: 43 cm.
