About this vintage design furniture

Set of three teak wood nesting tables designed by Victor B. Wilkins for the British firm Gplan. The design belongs to the Fresco line conceived by Wilkins in 1976. As with other pieces in that line, the contrast in the tones of the wood is played with to frame the tabletop and highlight the design of its rounded legs. They are in an excellent state of conservation and have been finished with a fine colorless varnish and teak oil to guarantee their durability and impermeability. One more icon of English design from the second half of the 20th century, which puts all the firm’s know-how at the disposal of the trends of the time. It is in a fantastic state of conservation, since it has been restored and finished with a colorless varnish that respects the naturalness and grain of its wood. Finally, a layer of teak oil has been applied to further guarantee its durability and impermeability. A jewel of mid-20th century English furniture with clear influences from the Scandinavian design of the time. Table 1: 51.0 x 50.0 x 51.0 Table 2: 42.5 x 46.0 x 48.0 Table 3: 36.0 x 42.5 x 45.0
