About this vintage design furniture
Dimensions: 76x76x50 cm (Width x Depth x Height)This beautiful coffee table was designed by Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard Nielsen and is made of solid teak. Typical of the best of modern Danish design, the excellent craftsmanship is combined with refined details such as the tapered edges of the table top, the corners and the elegant joint of the legs and table top. The table comes with the metal France et Son label.The wooden parts show only minor signs of wear. Some discoloration and patina. The overall appearance is beautiful.

About the designer
Peter HVIDT & Orla MOLGAARD NIELSEN
Hvidt & Mølgaard Nielsen is a mid-20th-century Danish design duo consisting of Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard Nielsen. Peter Hvidt was born in Copenhagen in 1916 and studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts before working as a designer for various companies. Orla Mølgaard Nielsen was born in Copenhagen in 1907 and also studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, before working as an architect and designer.
