Vintage bedside table, Scandinavian 1970s

Vintage mid-century Scandinavian style bedside table, with a rising drawer, on spindle legs circa 1970. The piece is in teak wood, with a veneer finish; the legs are in solid wood. The piece is overall in excellent original condition with minor signs of age and use in relation to time, on the back end of the top (see photo with a 1 cent coin for perspective), legs and structure (see photos.) Patina also proportional to age and time. The drawer has a metal drawer knob, opening and closing perfectly. The beautiful wood veneer, rich and warm, remains elegant and smooth. The inside of the drawer is very clean (see photo.) Not only a great room to use as a bedside table, but will also work very well in a smaller living space, loft, hallway or living room, as a small telephone table or plant stand and will compliment any vintage or Scandinavian décor. The piece is solid, sturdy and stable. The legs are removable and will be disassembled for shipping purposes. Drawer dimensions: Width: 45cm x Depth: 26 cm.
