About this vintage design furniture
The cult Kina lamp, designed by Bent Karlby in 1946, produced by Lyfa. It is one of the most appreciated Danish projects in history. The lamp is made of opal glass and solid brass. This is the average version of the lamp. Dimensions: height: 28cm (34cm with a pendant) diameter: 23cm The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, it has a new approx. 2 m long braided cable. The cable can be changed to any length and color. Additionally, a canopy is attached to the lamp. Please note that the things we sell are used, often 40-50 years old, and therefore have traces of use that cannot always be captured in the photos.

About the designer
Bent KARLBY
Bent Karlby (1912-1998) was a Danish designer renowned for his contributions to the lighting industry. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, where he developed his minimalist, functional style.
