About this vintage design furniture
This chair was designed in the 1950s by Svend Åge Eriksen and manufactured by Glostrup. The chairs have been renovated in the joinery. The solid teak frame of the chair has been cleaned of its old upholstery and given a new finish. The seats and backrests of the chair are upholstered with original high-quality imitation leather, which shows signs of use in the photos.

About the designer
Svend Aage ERIKSEN
Svend Aage Eriksen (1918-2002) was a renowned Danish designer, known for his innovative and functional work in furniture and lighting. Born in Copenhagen, he studied at the city's Royal Academy of Fine Arts and worked for various design companies before opening his own studio in 1954.
