About this vintage design furniture

Superb Scandinavian enfilade with 4 sliding doors that open onto 3 modules. 4 internal drawers (2 large and 2 small) and 2 large shelves in the middle. 2 times 2 shelves on the sides. Top-of-the-range manufacture, sober and very elegant design. Cabinet listed in the Design Museum Denmark under number RP17736. Designer: Henning Kjaernulf. Publisher: Bruno Hansen. Origin: Denmark Period: 1957. Condition : Very good condition, tiny traces of water on the plateau. Dimensions : W : 200 cm - D : 44 cm - H : 113 cm. Material : Rio rosewood and oak veneer inside.

About the designer

Henning KJAERNULF

Henning Kjaernulf (1929-2009) was a Danish designer who left his mark on the 1950s-1970s with his functional, elegant furniture. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, where he was trained in carpentry and design.
