About this vintage design furniture
These chairs were designed by Sven Erik Fryklund and manufactured by Swedish Hagafors Stolfabrik manufacture in 1960s. Frame is made of beech wood, seat and backrest are made of bent teak. The chairs are very well designed, in perfect proportions that provide comfortable and ergonomic use. They look very modern and fresh despite their years. They have been restored and finished with high-quality oil that brigs out natural warmth of teak wood. There are no signs of use in the form of scratches or other damage. Attention to the quality of finish and details, which Scandinavian countries are famous for, is manifested, for example, in the form of wooden plugs for the screws fixing the seats and backrests. These chairs are a great example of simple yet very elegant and timeless Scandinavian design in its best
