About this vintage design furniture
Beautifully sized glass and brass side table designed by Peter Ghyczy (Netherlands) in the early 1970s and made by his own company. Like all Ghyczy furniture, this table is handmade. The legs are made of sand-cast brass and clamp the thick glass top. Ghyczy's creations combine Bauhaus minimalism with Art Deco motifs. This painting is marked. The legs of the table bear the Ghyczy logo.

About the designer
Peter GHYCZY
Peter Ghyczy is a Dutch designer born in 1940 in Budapest, Hungary. After studying architecture at Munich University of Technology, he moved to Stuttgart, where he worked as an industrial designer for various companies.
