Louis DAGE

Dage studied architecture at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, where he acquired a solid artistic and technical training. After graduating, he worked in several architecture and design agencies, where he developed his skills as an industrial designer.

During the 1950s and 1960s, Louis Dage made a name for himself with his innovative creations in furniture and lighting. He was known for his use of modern materials such as metal and plastic, and for his clean, functional aesthetic. His creations were both elegant and practical, responding to the needs of the time.

Dage worked with many prestigious brands and manufacturers, contributing to the design of iconic products. In particular, he collaborated with companies such as Airborne, Disderot and Lunel. His creations have been widely distributed and have met with great success with the public and design professionals alike.

In addition to his work as a designer, Louis Dage has also been involved in teaching. He was a professor at the École nationale supérieure des arts décoratifs in Paris, sharing his knowledge and experience with future generations of designers.
