About this vintage design furniture
Danish teak extending the dining table A huge mid-century Danish dining table by Nils Jonsson for Troeds Bjarnum. Oval shape with very simple clean lines. The table is designed to accommodate 6 people without extensions. There are two extension panels allowing the table to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Restored and treated with Danish oil to give you many years of protection. Circa 1960s, Swedish. Danish design. Dimensions (cm). 100 W x 74 H x 155 W (extends to 265 cm). Condition. All right. All right. Some signs of use.

About the designer
Nils JONSSON
Nils Jonsson was a Swedish designer who was born in 1927 and died in 2017. He began his career working for a Swedish furniture manufacturer in the 1950s, where he designed solid wood furniture with clean, modern lines. He then founded his own company, Nils Jonsson Möbelfabrik, in 1958, which became famous for its high-end teak furniture.
