About this vintage design furniture
Magnificent set of three nested teak tables, made by the Danish label Fabian in the 60s, with a design attributed to Poul Hundevad. The sober aspect is characterized by the clarity of the forms and the absence of useless ornaments, following the Scandinavian tradition. All the protagonism of the piece lies in the expressive natural marbling of the planks, with slightly curved edges, raised on four stylised "bambi" feet (typical of the period with a conical cut narrower towards the base). The measurements you read in the card belong to the largest board, the intermediate board is : 46 x 38 cm with 46 cm high and the small one of 38x 33cm being its height of 44cm. Structurally and aesthetically in very good condition, just to mention that two of the legs (one of the large table and one of the small one) are slightly curved.
