Vintage teak chest of drawers Schreiber

Stunning set of nine drawers, size graduated from top to bottom, by Schreiber. The sculptural handles and sleigh legs make a very striking and stylish piece of furniture that would easily suit a living room or dining room, as well as the bedroom (there are signs of fixings for a dressing table mirror which is now lost). The top central drawer is compartmentalised, perhaps for make up or jewellery. A particular, revolutionary aspect of Schreiber furniture was the shape of the drawers.
