Desk by designer Willy Van Der Meeren for Tubax. Ca.1950. Has a metal base and wooden tabletop with formica top. In a good original condition. Van Der Meeren is considered one of the most important Belgian furniture designers of the post-war period. This piece of Belgian social furniture was designed in the early 1950s. They are now in great demand.
