About this vintage design furniture
Rare easy chair “Pinna” designed by Yrjo Wiherheimo + Rudi Merz for Korkeakosko OY, Finland, 1970s. The frame is made of beech wood and the seat and backrest of black lacquered wood. This chair is in used condition with normal traces of use and wear. The black was once repainted, this is done fairly nicely. Dimensions: 80 x 52 x 71 cm and the seat height is 37 cm. Source: Scandinavian Furniture fair 1986 catalogue, page 176 and Design Directory Scandinavia page 356.
