About this vintage design furniture

Pair of midcentury table lamps in excellent condition. These lamps were produced in Czechoslovakia in 1960s. Designed by Ivan Jakes, one of the leading light designers in former Czechoslovakia. The lamps are made of pure white opaline glass with metal ring on the bottom in light cream color. Beautiful design which stands as a sculpture even when the lights are turned off. Thanks to opaline glass the light they give is very soft. Elegant items in excellent condition without any wear. Each lamp works on one bulb, European plug. Sold as a pair.
