About this vintage design furniture
Scandinavian style stringcourse in teak and afrormosia (African teak) by the designer V.B Wilkins for the publisher "G-Plan" in the 60s. Fresco" model. The cabinet consists of four drawers, one of which has a covered storage space lined with light grey felt, and two cupboards with hinged doors and adjustable shelves. The furniture is now in excellent condition, including the top. The stringcourse has been completely cleaned and with a new oiled finish, the wood has regained all its original lustre and colours. Dimensions : W.214 cm x H.80 cm x D.46 cm. Etiqueté by the publisher, and supplied with its original label and cleaning instructions. Large storage capacity, good size, and very nice style.

About the designer
Victor B. WILKINS
Charles Victor Wilkins (1893-1969) was an American industrial designer known for his work in the 1920s and 1930s. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and studied at the Art Students League of New York and the New York School of Fine and Applied Art.
