Daybed 3-seater sofa with teak structure and cushions covered with beautiful black vintage leather, revised padding. 1st edition France - Daverkosen with original brochure from the publisher. Dimensions 190 x 80 cm, H 76 cm (h. sitting ca. 42 cm.). In very good condition. Designer: Peter Hvidt - Orla Melgaard. Manufacturer: France - Daverkosen. Design period: 1950's (more edited).

About the designer
Peter HVIDT & Orla MOLGAARD NIELSEN
Hvidt & Mølgaard Nielsen is a mid-20th-century Danish design duo consisting of Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard Nielsen. Peter Hvidt was born in Copenhagen in 1916 and studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts before working as a designer for various companies. Orla Mølgaard Nielsen was born in Copenhagen in 1907 and also studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, before working as an architect and designer.
