About this vintage design furniture
Vintage, modernist black and chrome floor lamp made by Hiemstra Evolux in the ’60s. The floor lamp it is still in good original condition. The electric wiring has been checked by an electrician. In the cap are three standard European srew bulb holders. Material: Iron chrome and black and aluminium. The company Hiemstra Evolux existed from 1960-1975.

About the designer
Niek Hiemstra
Niek Hiemstra is a Dutch designer born in 1960. He studied product design at the Groningen Academy of Fine Arts in the Netherlands, graduating in 1984. After working for a few years as a freelance designer, Hiemstra joined the Gispen product design company in 1988.
