About this vintage design furniture
Daybed designed by Alfred Hendrickx in de mid 50s for Belform. A unique design that contains a black lacquered wooden frame, resting on four brass U shaped feed. For the upholstery we used a fabric Belgian fashion designer Raf Simons designed for Kadrat.

Alfred Hendrickx was a Belgian designer and cabinetmaker who was born in Antwerp in 1910 and died in 1983. He is best known for his elegant modern furniture, which enjoyed great success in the 1950s and 1960s.
