Panel made up of three harmoniously colored ceramic plates depicting stylized seascapes, mounted on a framed wooden plate.signed Volkoff V .France,Vallauris,circa 1989. Vladimir Voldemar Volkoff(1932-2007) opened his studio in Vallauris in 1967, after working in various workshops, including those of Capron and Portanier. 1989 saw him devote himself entirely to the creation of ceramic panels.
