This is a rare lamp from the 1945s, characterized by striking lines and curves that reflect the aesthetics of the Streamline movement.This lamp was made entirely of burgundy-colored bakelite and has a glass counterweight.The white bakelite ignition knob is also of an original and inventive shape, adding to its elegance.This lamp was produced by the famous company Kandem (Körting and Mathiesen) and is attributed to Marianne Brandt, who designed some of the most avant-garde models of the Bauhaus in collaboration with this manufacturer.This model is in perfect condition, with bakelite that has retained its original bright color, without any cracks or breaks. Moreover, the lamp is perfectly functional with a classic E27 bulb.Dimensions: H: 32 cm ; W: 22 cm ; D: 40 cm
