Vintage Cycladic sculpture

A fine example of a Cycladic figure in resin set on a marble base from the 1990s. Greece. The folded-arm female from the Bronze Age Cyclades is one of the most iconic sculptural types. The quality of reproduction of museum figures from that period had a far greater resemblance to the original, unlike reproduction figures being produced today. The condition of the sculpture is excellent. Wear and patina consistent with age.
