Mid century chest of drawers by Herbert Gibbs

A stunning example of Herbert Gibbs’ mid century minimalist deign - this petite chest of drawers boasts three long drawers with brass leaf shaped handles on the top drawer and round knobs on the lower two. Set on elegantly splayed legs with brass caps on the feet. It is in fantastic condition, with minimal signs of wear, conducive to age and use. As you can see from the pictures, we have a matching dressing table with mirror - the pair would make a fantastic bedroom set. The makers label shows the catalogue & job number as being 053 and 3787.
