About this vintage design furniture
A pair of the iconic P715 lamps designed by Sigvard Bernadotte and Acton Bjorn, and produced by Danish Nordisk Solar. Lamps are made of opal glass and solid brass. It is a smaller version of the lamp. Lamps are rare in the aftermarket. The lamps are in very good condition, all elements are original. Brass has a slight patina. Dimensions: height: 20cm (without the pendant) diameter: 16cm The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, it has a new approx. 2-meter long braided cable. Additionally, the headlining is attached to the lamp. Please note that the items we sell are used items, often 40-50 years old, and therefore have traces of use that cannot always be captured in the photos. About the designer
Sivgard BERNADOTTE
Sigvard Bernadotte, born January 24, 1907 in Stockholm and died February 4, 2002 in Küssnacht am Rigi, Switzerland, was a Swedish industrial designer. He was also Prince of Sweden, son of Prince Wilhelm of Sweden and the Russian Grand Duchess Maria Pavlovna of Russia.
