About this vintage design furniture
Impressive two-tier chandelier designed by Carl Fagerlund for Orrefors, Sweden in the 1950s. The chandelier has a brass frame with 15 frosted glass acanthus leaves that give a soft light. Each tier can light individually or both together can fill the room with warm light.

About the designer
Carl FAGERLUND
Carl Fagerlund (1915-2011) was a Swedish designer who worked mainly for the famous lighting design and manufacturing company, Orrefors Glassworks, in Sweden. He is best known for his glass lamp designs, which were very popular in the 1950s and 1960s.
