Typical of Romeo Rega's designs for Metalarte, this large chrome and brass dining table with black opal glass tops dates from the mid-1970s. A design that is both chic and timeless. It is very heavy, and of a rare quality of manufacture. The different opal glass trays, as well as the chrome and brass structure, are in superb condition. A truly unique piece, not to be missed.

About the designer
Romeo REGA
1904 - 1968Romeo REGA is a famous Italian designer who left his mark on the history of design in the 1970s. Born in Rome in 1945, he quickly developed an interest in art and architecture. After studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, he entered the world of design in 1969.
