About this vintage design furniture

High table with rounded square shape from the "Bow Wood" collection manufatcured by Steiner in the 1960s. Probably a gaming table. Coating of the green vinyl grooved bottle tray. Iconic golden beech. Some traces of wear, tray and feet with some stains.

About the designer

Hugues STEINER

1926 - 1991

Hugues Steiner was a French designer born in Mulhouse in 1933 and died in Paris in 2014. He studied at the Strasbourg School of Applied Arts, then worked as a graphic designer and art director in several advertising agencies in France and Switzerland.
