About the designer
Victor VASARELY
Victor Vasarely (1906-1997) was a Hungarian artist and designer, considered the founder of Op Art. Born in Pécs, Hungary, Vasarely studied painting at the Mühely Academy in Budapest and worked as a graphic artist before moving to Paris in 1930.
