About this vintage design furniture
Telescope wall lamp designed by Niek Hiemstra, 1960s . The lamp is adjustable in height along the wall suspension and the arm can be extended by pulling it and can rotate 180 degrees. The shade can be directed in many positions. It has a nickel and black metal arm, black enameled aluminium shade and black wall suspension. The wire is checked, the lamp is in good working order.

About the designer
Niek Hiemstra
Niek Hiemstra is a Dutch designer born in 1960. He studied product design at the Groningen Academy of Fine Arts in the Netherlands, graduating in 1984. After working for a few years as a freelance designer, Hiemstra joined the Gispen product design company in 1988.
