Vintage Danish Kurul Armchair in Oak and Bouclé by Henning Kjaernulf for EG Kvalitetsmøbel, Denmark, 1960s.
This Scandinavian Modern Curule chair in solid European white oak model "Kurul" is designed by Danish architect Henning Kjærnulf with inspiration from the classic Roman Curule chair. A historic design with a Scandinavian twist, both cozy and comfortable, ready for many hours of "Hygge"
Suitable as an office chair, dining room chair or as a stylish accent chair.
Original sticker with makers mark.
Very good condition with new upholstery in off white Bouclé. Cleaned and polish, ready for use.

About the designer
Henning KJAERNULF
Henning Kjaernulf (1929-2009) was a Danish designer who left his mark on the 1950s-1970s with his functional, elegant furniture. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, where he was trained in carpentry and design.
