About this vintage design furniture
Scandinavian sideboard by Carlo Jensen for Poul Hundevad published in the 1960s. This small sideboard with two doors reveals two compartments. One side with a removable shelf on the right and on the other a series of 3 drawers also removable on a set of 9 rails. Entirely worked in Rio rosewood, the veining of the wood is exceptional. On the top, the sides, the doors, the interior or even the feet, no detail is left to account. Moreover, there is a nice contrast between the rosewood color of the doors and the rosewood on the frame, the top or the sides. Its harmonious promotions allow it to play different roles. Whether in a living room, a bedroom or an entrance ... This piece of furniture will adapt easily. There is a key. The sideboard is marked on the back Hundevad & Co.
