About this vintage design furniture
Fine piece of Art Deco representing a polar bear on scale at ice pool made by renowned Ditmar Urbach (Czechoslovakia) in the 1930s. This porcelain bowl sculpture videpoche ashtray was designed to celebrate Nora, the first polar bear in the Prague Zoo. Dimensions: H: 18 cm; L: 22 cm ; W: 20 cm. Marked under the bottom. Very good condition, one tiny chip on one ear.
