About this vintage design furniture
Modern Scandinavian mid-century chest of drawers, very decorative but functional, with desk on wheels. The top with casters has a geometric veneer pattern. Below the wheeled top is a sliding desk top, three small drawers and five boxes. This cabinet rests on high, slightly conical legs. The cabinet is attributed to Egon Ostergaard and Bröderna Gustafsson. Depth with extended desk: 69 cm Desk height: 71 cm

About the designer
Harry OSTERGAARD
Harry Ostergaard was a Danish industrial designer born in Copenhagen in 1925 and died in 1993. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and worked for several design companies, including the famous furniture company Fritz Hansen.
