About this vintage design furniture
Storage unit from the 5600 series designed by A.R. Cordemeyer for Gispen in 1959. A timeless industrial piece that can be used for storage, bookcase, desk, display cabinet and more. This siexties cabinet has a beautiful colour combination in red, black, white and grey. The first version was called model 663 and designed by Wim Rietveld in 1954. Andre Cordemeyer improved the 663 cabinet to the 5600 system in 1959. The condition is still very good condition with normal signs of use and wear. This cabinet has a folding desk, a display cabinet, two storage cabinets with flaps, two small drawers and various (book) shelves. It can be disassembled and, if desired it can be easily assembled differently according to your own choice. Dimensions: h x w x d 137 x 220 x 36 cm.
