About this vintage design furniture
Coated aluminium, painted purple on the inside. Good vintage condition. The French designer Henri Mathieu created this eccentric pendant around 1970. Mathieu produced an arsenal of striking chandeliers, often very baroque and finished with glossy materials like glass beads. This lamp belongs to a series, named ‘Luberon’, which is more sober in material but rich in form. The spiral, a shape that repeats itself endlessly, was an inexhaustible source of inspiration for Mathieu. This twirling sculpture gets really festive when lit. The painted interior creates a sparkling glow with the coziness of a fireplace. dimensions: height: 27 cm width: 18 cm depth: 18 cm We have 1 lamp available.
