About this vintage design furniture
This is a beautiful and original "Madame" chair designed by Fritz Neth, manufactured by Correcta in Germany around 1950. This lovely piece is made of high quality fabric that is soft to the touch, in a warm mustard yellow colour. It has four metal legs, outwards pointing. The seat and back are molded from the same piece and curved into an ergonomic shape Seating height: 44cm

About the designer
Fritz NETH
Fritz Neth was a German mathematician born in Stuttgart on August 7, 1932 and died in Tübingen on January 6, 2004. He studied mathematics and physics at the University of Tübingen, where he obtained his doctorate in 1958 under the supervision of Hans Rohrbach. He then pursued post-doctoral studies at Princeton University.
