About this vintage design furniture
Wohlert" opal suspension by Vilhem Wohlert for Louis Poulsen. Early model. Designed in 1949, this model in 40 cm is no longer produced. Only the small sizes (30 and 35 cm) are still produced. Electrical system is original (70's). Works with standard E27 bulbs.

Vilhelm Wohlert was a Danish designer born in Copenhagen on May 10, 1920 and died on May 10, 2007. Best known for his work in architecture and interior design, he was a key member of the Danish modernist movement.
