About this vintage design furniture
Kai Kristiansen for Fornem Møbelkunst (Denmark) in the 1960’s. This is a set of four drawers that have been converted into a freestanding unit with the addition of some beautifully turned legs. The detail within the handles is exquisite with each hand crafted into a great form. The rosewood veneer frame has a light fading to it, but has simply change it from a deep rosewood to a golden colour.

About the designer
Juul KRISTENSEN
Juul Kristensen is a Danish industrial designer born in Copenhagen in 1937. He studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, graduating in industrial design in 1961.
