About this vintage design furniture
This coffee table designed by Jindřich Halabala in the 1940s was popularly called the Spider because of its shape. Halabala helped create a new mass-market approach to home design, furnishing Czechoslovakia in the interwar period and after the Second World War. This table is made from pine with beech legs, and the top has been finished in a high gloss.
