About this vintage design furniture
Iconic bubble chair designed by Eero Aarnio in 1968. This newer licensed production is produced by Aldelta in 2002. The recognizable design is fabricated by heated acrylic which is then blown into a shape like a soap bubble. The edge is encased in a chrome steel bar with a 2 meter length of chain attached to the top.

About the designer
Eero AARNIO
Eero Aarnio is a Finnish industrial designer born in Helsinki on July 21, 1932. He is best known for his plastic furniture designs, which enjoyed great success in the 1960s and 1970s.
