About this vintage design furniture
Teak sideboard designed by Victor Wilkins for the 1960’s Scandinavian G Plan range. An well balanced design with the darker Afrormosia sculpted handles contrasting against the decorative teak veneer. It sits upon an curved stretcher and tapered legs. Comprising of a large double fronted cupboard, a small drop-down cupboard and four drawers, it is an absolute classic British take on Danish design.

Charles Victor Wilkins (1893-1969) was an American industrial designer known for his work in the 1920s and 1930s. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and studied at the Art Students League of New York and the New York School of Fine and Applied Art.
